Flux

This is another of Reinike's paintings where he delves into pure abstraction. Flux is about the process of creation. Forms emerge from textured white gesso on the white of the canvas. Gray tones are added and then taken away leaving a shadow of their former existance like matter that never dissappears but merely takes a different form.
