Goals

A trinity of palm leaves hangs against the intense red ground, recalling the palm as an ancient symbol of victory and triumph. Above them, a gold-outlined arch holds a patch of blue sky and white clouds. Reinike’s arches suggest passage, while the clouds evoke his idea of perfection: something seen and recognizable yet never  able to be held. The palms speak to achievement; the arch points toward aspiration; the clouds offer a glimpse of the ideal.
